NeceSera is an online retailer of premium women's loungewear and co-ords manufactured in India. Membership allows customers to purchase a wide array of loungewear. Once the order is placed, NeceSera will ship the product to you and be entitled to its payment for the service.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to make purchases on this website. By placing an order, you confirm that you are of legal age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.

Order Acceptance & Confirmation

Your order is an offer to purchase products from NeceSera. All orders are subject to acceptance by us. Order Cancellation

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled but may be eligible for exchange or store credit as per our Exchange Policy. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to product unavailability, pricing errors, payment issues, or suspected fraudulent activity. You will receive a full refund if we cancel your order.

Goods will not be dispatched until this pre-authorization check has been completed. Your card will be debited once the order has been accepted. Delivery

You will be given various options for delivery of items while placing the order. The options available to you will vary depending on where you are ordering from. An estimated delivery time is displayed on the order summary page. On placing your order, you will receive an email containing a summary of the order and also the estimated delivery time to your location. Sometimes, delivery may take longer due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will proactively reach out to you by email. However, we will not be able to compensate for any mental agony or inconvenience caused due to delay in delivery.

You are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by you.

Exchanges & Returns

All eligible products can be exchanged or converted to store credit within 10 days of delivery. Items must be unwashed, unworn, and in perfect condition with all original tags and packaging intact.

We do not accept general returns. Returns are only accepted in cases of manufacturing defects, incomplete orders, or severely defective products that are unwearable due to production or quality control failures.
